The cottage was excellent & just as required for our few days away meeting up with old friends & visiting an area we haven’t been to for years. Both dogs were very happy !

This is a lovely place. The garden is lovely and secluded, if a bit untidy but we didn’t get to use it. The bedroom and bathroom are fabulous and roomy. The sitting room could benefit from a large rug on the floor as the tiles are a bit uneven, but that is from the perspective of an older person. A young person perhaps wouldn’t even notice. The kitchen is quite small but has a lot of cupboard space. I would have liked a dishwasher, even a small one and I would have loved an Airfryer which would be cheaper to use and keep the grill and oven clean. I didn’t use either but I would have used an Airfryer. The only real drawback is the unmade road up to the property. Not great if you have a low car. Of course these things are my personal opinion and I only marked down the equipment part. It is spotlessly clean and very quiet. Recommended.

Great short break at The Nest. Very clean and tidy.If you enjoy walking, this is a great base for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside. You can walk direct from The Nest, so don't even bother taking the car to find suitable walks.
