The apartment is just a five minute walk from the beach and also the harbourfront with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and cafes.

Our second time at this lovely apartment and just as good as it was the first time. Beautiful white bed linen &towels. Very comfortable & brilliant location in gorgeous Porthleven ❤️

This is a fabulous apartment on the second floor. The steps you climb up to the apartment are inside the building so no problem if it's raining when you unload the car. You can also use a side door out onto the side street, with less steps down. Porthleven is a perfect village with friendly people, plenty of cafes, restaurants (Kota Kai is great) and arty shops. Also lovely coastal walk from the village. Comfortable, lovely furniture and fittings. We had a wonderful week and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. At home we have food and recyclables collections so please can these be made available when we stay in a holiday home? I usually have to take it all home with me.

We found the Seahorses very clean and well equipped. Linen and towels were of high quality. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment was. Great to gave a parking space. Location was very good as only a few steps to the harbour. The apartment was quiet even though it is within close proximity to the bustling harbour. We would really have preferred to have had the ability to recycle our waste rather than to put it all in the general waste. We brought our bottles home! We enjoyed a great two weeks. Porthleven is a friendly and beautiful small Cornish town.
