Snaptrip says

Guests have enjoyed their stays at Ferry View Cottage, praising its great location with beautiful views over Looe and convenient access to local amenities. The property offers a comfortable setting and is well-suited for families, though some guests noted minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the property clean and homely, but there were comments about dust, a cereal residue, and mold residue which suggest room for improvement in cleaning standards.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its beautiful views and proximity to local shops, restaurants, and activities. However, the steep hill access may be challenging for some.

The property is considered comfortable, with ample space for families and good storage. The presence of a hissing radiator suggests some comfort issues, but overall guest experiences were positive.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a special mention of the WiFi and washing machine. However, a broken toilet seat and issues with a radiator indicate some maintenance concerns.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Very clean and great location. Kitchen is really well stocked. Parking is quite tricky and a small car is required to fit. All else brilliant

We had a great stay for my mums 70th birthday getaway, however a couple of issues were picked up. Toilet seat in main bathroom was broken on arrival which we did report. Cleaning could have been a little better, dusty skirting boards, remainders of cereal left in the bottom of the kitchen bin which we noticed when putting a bin liner in and black damp mold residue on the top of the under sink cupboard door in the twin en-suit. Radiator on the ground floor hallway was constantly hissing/whistling despite trying to turn it down/up/off. Also we didnt see any tea towels in the kitchen, however when unpacking clothes we did see two in the wardrobe which appeared to be clean. It was a great stay and fabulous shops and restaurants, none of the above issues ruined our stay, just to be aware that there is only one space at the property which the road to the property is very narrow, although dad did get his Sportage up there very carefully, however if you do not mind the walk there is a paid carpark on the key.

Lovely little cottage in a great location just a short walk from the centre. Amazing views from the lounge and bedroom windows. Property was nicely presented and storage for clothes etc was good.
