The Stables in Happisburgh is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location close to the beach and local amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, dog-friendly environment, and the peaceful, rural setting. The enclosed garden is a hit with families and pet owners. While most feedback is positive, a few guests noted room for improvement in maintenance, particularly in the bathroom.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently describe the property as clean and tidy, with numerous reviews highlighting its immaculate condition. One review mentioned mould in the bathroom, but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overall excellent feedback on cleanliness.

The location is frequently commended for its proximity to the beach, local pub, and village amenities. It is also noted as a good base for exploring Norfolk. The quiet, rural setting is appreciated, although one review mentioned the main bedroom's proximity to the road.

Many reviews mention the property's comfort, noting it as cosy, spacious, and well-equipped. The enclosed garden adds to the comfort for those with children and pets. The presence of multiple sofas and an Xbox is also mentioned, indicating a high level of comfort.

Facilities are generally praised, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen, Sky TV, and an Xbox. However, there are comments suggesting that the bathroom could be improved and that the property could be better maintained.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category accurately. Therefore, the score is set to null.

For price we expected better e.g. bathroom poor - some mould and affected by damp, insufficient towels provided

A very spacious, immaculately clean property with a fully equipped kitchen. Happisburgh is a relatively small village with a pub serving good quality food at reasonable prices and served by friendly staff. The Stables and the surronding area was very dog friendly and the beaches were fabulous which our dogs loved running around on. If you are after a quiet and relaxing break we would highly recommend staying at the Stables - a home from home.

cannot knock the property though getting out of the drive and main bedroom window being on top of the road can be awkward.
