Beautifully cosy with brilliant open rooftop views - best of both worlds. The heating is simple to operate, and the cottage holds the heat well, important with the miserable recent weather. The parking in invaluable although I did not use my car in my whole fortnight stay, getting the buses instead which are free to me as a pensioner. I recommend the salmon, hot and cold smoked at Cley and Brancaster Staithe, and the excellent little green grocer in Wells that does spectacular fresh delicious fruit and vegetables generous prices.

Perfectly located for all the town amenities, the beach and bus stops just outside from where you can travel the length of North Norfolk and some way inland. And you can park right outside the cottage and then forget about the car. Everything worked perfectly. Nice hot water and instant heating. And so peaceful despite being close to other properties and the road. You hear nothing at night! This was my second booking and I hope it was not my last.
