This single-storey annex is in an ideal location to explore the excellent sandy beaches along the North Norfolk coastline and the famous Norfolk Broads. Explore on foot or by bicycle, with an excellent network of footpaths and trails close by. Be sure to bring your walking boots - you have the coastal path on the doorstep, where you can explore 84 miles of magnificent coastline. Visit the famous lighthouse at Happisburgh, see the colony of grey seals with their pups at Horsey Gap. Explore the Norfolk Broads, hire a day boat or enjoy a river trip, while marvelling at the wealth of wildlife that can be spotted here. With plenty of waterside restaurants and cafes to enjoy, you can simply sit back and watch the boats sail by.
Keen gardeners will enjoy East Ruston Old Vicarage with its 32 acres of outstanding gardens. National Trust properties including Felbrigg and Blickling Halls are close by, while the city of Norwich offers excellent shopping, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, market square, fine dining and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés. Great walking, cycling and fishing are all available locally. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Sea breeze was a very comfortable apartment and tastefully decorated. We had some difficulty with the key safe on arrival and departure. We weren’t able to use the oven as it was difficult to understand the instructions but it wouldn’t stop us from recommending

Lovely find, accommodation high standard and beautifully presented with the added benefit of air con, especially with the heat wave.Super comfortable king size bed, also amazing welcome hamper.Hosts friendly and helpful. We love the area as so much to do from visiting the gorgeous beaches to exploring the Norfolk broads.

The shower could do with a mat as it is very slippery other than that all ok
