What our customers say about their holidays

“The Annex on Morris Street is just like a bungalow, but with staircase leading to a bedroom in the eaves. I am not able to climb stairs and although the extra bedroom was nice to have, we both stayed in the downstairs accommodation. Which consists of a very large double bedroom, with a King sized bed. I personally would have preferred an actual double wardrobe as opposed to the “open-plan” type or concept, which consists of a wooden pole, with plenty of hangers, and a couple of slatted shelves. So although I hung up a lot of our clothes we kept the rest of our clothing in the case under the bed.
The bathroom, which is off of the kitchen, has a very nice shower cubicle, but be aware that there is quite a high step to actually get into the cubicle. The bathroom has a Toilet, hand basin and Shower Cubicle.
The kitchen has a lovely big freestanding Fridge-Freezer, as well as Microwave, Gas Hob, and everything else that Self Catering Accommodation needs.
We had a wonderful break and have already booked to return for a Holiday at The Annex on Morris Street. I personally found the 6.5” step up to get into the Double Bedroom, from the lounge, very difficult as there was nothing to hold onto, So, next time, I shall be bringing my disabled “half-step” to make it much easier to manage the 6.5” step.
”

“Ideally located in a quiet cul de sac just a nice stroll into the centre of Sheringham and with easy acces to the main road to Cromer. We were actually met on arrival by the owners Jan and David who made us very welcome and provided lots of information on places to eat and shop. The cottage is spacious with two good size bedrooms and lounge, large dining room and well appointed kitchen. The bathroom seemed slightly dated but perfectly functional and immaculately clean, as was the whole house. The stairs to go up are quite steep and narrow and may be a problem for some people, but this appears to be the design of these cottages, an added bonus is the nice enclosed private garden with three sets of tables and chairs, nice flower beds and for us sunshine all day. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights and although we paid a bit more than we wanted to, it was worth it. The house itself is 'upside down' which really works; you can open the patio doors upstairs to sit and view the sea and everything else that is going on along the seafront - an added bonus is that you can watch the sunrise and the sunset. Everything you need it close by; beach, shops, pubs, cafes etc. There isn't a parking space allocated but we found a space opposite the house on the roadside - so no parking fee. Don't know if we were just lucky. For location, this is one of the best properties I have stayed in and Sheringham is a lovely little seaside town.”
