This spacious ground-floor property is the ideal retreat for a family or group of six wanting to enjoy a Norfolk coastal retreat. This property is a wonderful mix of traditional and contemporary, with character features a-frame ceilings adorned with wooden beams, an exposed brick fireplace with woodburning stove and quirky alcoves, mixed with modern conveniences and a simple but stylish décor. It is very spacious yet warm and cosy. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen well equipped apart from not having either a teapot or cafetière. As the weather was quite wet we were able to enjoy the wonderful range of films available and there are plenty of books and jigsaws. There are also good walks on the beach which is nearby. We definitely hope to return to the Old Barn again.

Well equipped although Wi-Fi is very slow. Beds are very soft. An extremely spacious barn; great for the dogs both at the property and local surrounds especially the beach.plenty of parking outside with an exercise field for the dogs. Really loved our stay. Would definitely use again Words of warning - when at the beach if a sign says the slipway is slippery when wet pay attention to it
