"Fantatic place to stay!!The path to The cottage is quite steep but managed and it didnt spoil the stay. Cottage was lovely with jacuzzi bath just what you need after a good walk. Thanks for the doggie bag great idea for anyone travelling with a dog it was much appreciated by mine.Would love to stay again.Only issue I Would say its a shame there is not an safer route into Looe path takes you onto main road and you have to watch the traffic from the right. In saying that its not the fault of the owners of the cottages its just something to bear in mind when booking. It didnt ruin our stay we used the car alot and visited some fantastic places all accessible by easy routes around Looe. We visited cotehele national trust. Plymouth, newquay and polperro furthest out was an hour. Fantastic sunday lunch in Polperro to die for! The Crumplehorn! Everywhere we went was dog friendly, looking forward to our next trip to Cornwall."

"A nice cosy place to stay, which makes the most of the views out to sea by being an upside down house, so that the living room veranda gives you the best view possible. The garden is untidy and can't really be used and the wooden steps up to the road where you park the car, are slippy when wet , so it's not suitable for those who have mobility issues. The home itself provides everything you need and was reasonably clean and tidy , although the presence of cobwebs around the main entrance door ( which itself was dirty) and cobwebs inside on the toilet walls, gave a poor impression. It's in a good location for walks, or for drives out to other places, so that's a plus. The local pub was closed and under new management which was a shame, but Looe isn't far away and is great for a meal out etc."

"The car parking situation wasn't good: either pay £13 just around the corner or park free about 1/4 of a mile up the road which for us healthy folk was ok. However, we didn't know about this ahead of time and this caused great difficulties on the day of arrival. We feel that this should have been explained on the holiday details web-site as for some people this could have been crucial. The slats on the bed kept popping which was awkward. The freezer was more or less unusable as it was so frosted up. The frying pan was so old it was only just about usable. We couldn't get the DVD player to work.It was essentially ok but they should pay attention to these little details."

"Pleasant and comfortable property with nice fresh decor in a seaside theme, appropriate to, it's great location with stunning views over Looe bay and the town and valley beyond - beware the climb back up if you walk, but it's worth it and helps work off all your holiday indulgences! Good base for those who like walking the coast path and such as it is a lovely stretch in both directions with variety of beaches and good woodland and valley walks plus all the convenience and liveliness of the town in the middle. Outside space at property not the best but at least there is some, which you don't get in the town, including space for your car (unless it's a tall one!)"

"My 10yr old daughter loved it and cried when we left and is desperate to come back. The cottage is charming with exciting staircases and attic room. The view is stunning. It is in West Looe so one can take a short ferry over to East Looe where the main town and beach is. My daughter considered this a plus! There is no road in front of the cottage but a long flight of steps. My daughter also considered this a plus. There is allocated parking up a zig zag path. The location is part of its charm but would not be suitable for all. I liked it."
