"This was perfect for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 1-6 and we stayed during Feb half term. i was a little worried that the cottage may be a little small for 6 active kids but its bigger than it looks on the pictures and the sofas are obviously new which was nice. the table may be a little bit of a squash for 8 adults but was fine for us. There was a slight issue when we arrived but this was quickly and effectively sorted out by the owners. It was nice to have the option to use facilities of the park although we ended up not using them that much. The baby pool was lovely and warm. The soft play was good for a wet morning and although we only went to the evening entertainment once, this was good and the kids were well entertained. There was heaps to to close by to the park. Fistral beach worth a visit and Watergate Bay is beautiful. There is a good little Pirate Experience in Newquay which the kids really enjoyed. We also visited the Eden Project for the first time which the kids loved...make sure you get a slot in the Forest School, this was great. We went to the Maritime Museum. Every school holiday on a Thursday they do Thorsday where they have Viking Events. They got the kids involved which was great. You can come and go as you please once you have a ticket so we nipped out for take out Rick Stien fish and chips which was just outside. Yummy! Your ticket for this and the Eden Project entitles you for free entry for a year. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It was great for us but I can imagine it would get very busy in the summer."

"Just returned from a lovely week at S20868. The cottage is conveniently located for Falmouth and the surrounding areas and is easy to find. The cottage is well presented. We made good use of the pool as it is heated even on cooler days it was good to use.We found the cottage well equipped including things like a drying rack and iron plus ironing board but did find a few items missing in the kitchen for example a steak hammer is in the draw but no wooden spoon meaning that cutlery has to be used on the high quality non stick frying pan. The carpets and sofa are well worn and ideally would be replaced soon. The complex really could benefit from providing an outdoor BBQ area. One thing we did notice is that the building does suffer from damp. It has been repainted recently and this covers it well but you can see in the corner bedroom that damp is coming up the wall. This is a conversion of an old building so it will be an ongoing problem. As of August 2018 the entire complex is for sale so the owners probably have little appetite for major works so be aware if visiting in the wet season.Overall we had a great week and would recommend S20868"

"He cottage was lovely but was let down by location, quite secluded. No wi-fi was an issue as this was only in the games room even then was not fantastic. Was dissapointed big time with the games room, it was cold, had a funny smell and just lacked potential. A games room needs to be bright, colourful and have games for children maybe a ps3, some toddler games and soft play toys with kids books, Not second hand adult books etc was really a big let down to a mum with 3 boys ages 1, 3 and 7. The pool and jaccuzi were fab although for some reason was not able to access on the friday evening. The playground could also be much more, trampoline was old and torn which made this a hazard to play on. The cottage washer did not work, the plinths in the kitchen fell on my foot so not secured properly and the radiator grill also fell off in the lounge! Just small things that need keeping on top of."

"We spent a very nice week here at the beginning of the Easter Holidays. As it was the school break, the price was raised which does affect how we feel about the amenities on offer. In that respect I would say that the cottage was very comfortable with just a few minor niggles: the wrong remote control for the television, no teapot, or bottle opener, but otherwise well stocked. The pool is not perhaps as heated as we would have liked, but perhaps that was because it was quite early in the year. Also on the occasions that we tried neither the jacuzzi or the sauna were operating. Still there is plenty to do in the area so we really didn't spend a lot of time in the cottage. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We were advised that no pets were allowed, although it appeared that everyone in the other cottages had brought their dog!"

"Set in beautiful countryside, surrounded by walks for the dog and not too far to walk to a nearby beach (not dog friendly though), this is the ideal location for a family holiday. The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner - basic pub fayre but wholesome and tasty - and had a well appointed outside seating area. Falmouth is a small town and everything is within walking distance but there are some pretty steep hills so not for the faint-hearted. We particularly enjoyed playing on the pool table and my Partner and Son used the gym a couple of times. Sadly I didn't know there were tennis courts or I would have packed my tennis shoes and racquets. On the downside, the double bed was very hard and the TV a bit small for what was quite a large living area and the provided towels could have been a bit newer and fluffier."
