This cottage was beautifully decorated with a luxurious finish in idyllic country surroundings.
We very much enjoyed the hot tub (please note it takes at least three and a half hours to heat up fully) and had a very peaceful break full of lovely walks. We feel it was quite misleading to say that this cottage has wifi. There is an extender that links to the router in the owner's building which seldom works. We struggled to even access our emails which proved to be frustrating when trying to look for local attractions nearby or doing something simple like checking the weather for the week. There was also no phone signal until you walk for around 10/15 minutes out of the grounds of the property which made it difficult to contact family or friends easily. Despite these things, we did have a lovely, relaxing week and would recommend this cottage for those who want to get away from everything for a while.

If you're looking for a touch of paradise then Mill Cottage at Hamlay William will not only delight you - it will exceed your expectations.
My wife, Emma, and myself travel extensively around the world but we've never found such an idyllic location before; quite simply, it's perfect. Set in a wooded valley, surrounded by rich woodland, Mill Cottage is a quirky but delightful and truly beautiful building - a lovingly restored water mill with luxuriously appointed accommodation arranged on three storeys complete with a babbling mill stream which cascades gently past virtually every window. There's also a tasteful terrace and patio with views up the tree-lined, wooded valley. The patrons, Mike and Belinda are as welcoming as could be desired - a friendly, outgoing pair of charming hosts. Yes, if you're searching for paradise, look no further!

This is a great location for the area, and letâs face it a very different place to stay.
Time of year for the location is key, soil tends to be clay and with so much rain many low areas are just bog or very slippy - nothing to do with the owners, just that weather! Property we liked - naturally with so many stairs not suitable if you're not able. There are some minor areas of improvements in the property and site but very minor and should put anyone off. Walks from the property especially the wood at the top of the hill down the valley I recommend. Many other walks in the area are good - but better when not so wet! There are many good stately homes to view nearby, any everyone in the area is friendly, but pub food serving days has been restricted in many local pubs - always best to call!

We were blown away by the quality and cleanliness of The Cow Shed.
The photographs do not do it justice and donât capture the beauty of the location or quality of the accommodation. The views are stunning and plenty of room for little ones to run around in an enclosed, safe space. We had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the location is very peaceful so we slept well. Jane and Andrew were the perfect hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much. Knowledgable about the local and surrounding areas with great recommendations on things to do (especially for our toddler). There on the site if you need them but also give privacy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be returning!

Welcoming warm cottage which was very comfortable.
We had previously stayed in Broadway so it was right were we wanted to be for easy access to the high street. Parking was easy the garage was to small for our car but parking in front was fine.It might be better to say turn right after the sign which looks like a pub sign but is for the old road ,as we did drive past before seeing the cottage. The bedrooms are all lovely and ideal to share with a bigger party. We are considering a family stay next time as there is plenty of room and no shortage of bathroom facilities. The garden was very safe for our dog and would be ideal to sit out in at a warmer time of the year. We enjoyed a relaxing break and would book this cottage again.
