A lovely place to stay, house is beautiful with a excellent location. Morrisons just round the back of the house to get any last bits needed. Lovely welcome gift on the table with crisps, cookies, loaf of bread and Prosecco. All the information you require in the folder. Lots of flights of stairs in the house so not ideal for people who have knee/hip issues. The TV for the main room had some connections issues so had to ensure the other TV was off and WiFi on phones disconnected… unsure why. Clean towels and plenty of crockery in the house to use. This was great as it saved packing these. There was no dishwasher tablets, would have been nice to have had a couple in the draw to have used. (But no big issue there) Would definitely book again, quiet area and we all loved our stay. Thank you

This house was perfect for our yearly get-together. There were 7 of us who all met at university. As 4 of the group wanted a bedroom each, the 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms gave us what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped but we only really used it for breakfast as Cromer has so much to offer. The house is 2 minutes walk from Morrisons, just down the road from the train station, just up the road from the bus interchange and 5 minutes walk to the promenade. Cromer shops, cafes, restaurants & takeaways are all easily within walking distance. With 2 sitting rooms and a playroom, it’s also perfect for family groups. We couldn’t have hoped for a better house or better location.

We stayed here as a family of six over the May half term. The location is excellent, just on the edge of Cromer enough to be quiet, yet close to everything you need. The beds are very comfy and clean, and the showers are powerful and nice to use. Parking is just over the road which is convenient. We were able to pull up directly opposite the home to load/unload. A small issue we had is the lack of freezer space, it’s just the small freezer drawer at the top of a standard fridge. This wasn’t very convenient and caused more trips to shops than we really wanted to make - I have fed this back to original cottages. Good enclosed and safe garden for the dogs.

This is a lovely property close to the beach and centre of Cromer (10 minute walk). It is pretty, homely, and well equipped. Perhaps a couple of comfy sun chairs for the garden would be good and a small comfy occasional chair for the lounge. We loved the furnishings and art work, the beach equipment in the outhouse, and the artwork on the walls. The kitchen is pretty and well equipped and the beds are comfy. Very steep stairs. Access to the property for dropping off luggage is down a narrow lane unsuitable for a larger SUV size vehicle, but it’s easy to stop at the end of the lane. On street parking nearby is free. We really enjoyed our stay.

An immaculate and stunning property, perfect for our family gathering for my mums 60th birthday. We didn't have much luck with the english weather, only one of our 5 day stay was sunny but the house is ideally located for the beach and town. Having multiple living areas was perfect for us; grandad could watch the football, the children could play on the wii or watch Netflix and there was still another sitting room with a TV. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining for all ages. The bathrooms are stunning. The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated.
