Best avoided if you have a large car or long estate car. There was no information pack provided, and a general lack of equipment e.g. only one saucepan and one small frying pan provided. Of the three dinner plates provided, two were cracked. Had to ask the cleaner for a rubber bathmat, which is a real safety essential.

Parking is awkward but once youâve mastered the method isnât a major problem. Lovely fenced rear garden, proper sun trap. Main issues was that the cottage does look a little tired in places and we only had 3 large plates and 3 breakfast/desert bowls. Would also be nice to have a visitor/guest book to suggest places to see and visit such as cafes and restaurants. Overall we had a lovely time at 5 Melinda cottage.
