Guests generally appreciate the cottage's peaceful setting, cleanliness, and the hot tub with scenic views. The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs, and the hosts are described as friendly and welcoming. The property offers a comfortable and relaxing break with easy access to local amenities and attractions.
The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-kept, with several reviews highlighting its spotless condition. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The location is praised for its peacefulness, remote feel, and proximity to local attractions. The scenic views and easy access to Porthmadog and beaches are appreciated, although the narrow access lane is noted as a minor inconvenience.
While many guests find the cottage comfortable, there are mixed reviews about the sofas and bed sizes. The comfort of the hot tub is frequently mentioned, but the comfort of the indoor seating is a point of contention for some.
The facilities, including the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen, are generally well-received. However, there are comments about the need for maintenance, such as securing the garden for dogs and updating the customer information book. The BBQ condition and lack of guidance for appliances suggest room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. As such, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

The cottage was lovely and very quiet and safe. 10 to 15 minute drive from most places including supermarket and beach. The enclosed garden was ideal and had a hot tub which was lovely although it did turn my hair green! The sofas weren’t what we were shown on booking so we were disappointed with those as they weren’t comfortable at all. We weren’t given fresh towels, new toilet paper and the hot tub wasn’t checked during the week we were there so that was again disappointing. Overall a nice stay and trip to wales with beautiful scenery.

Lovely barn conversion cottage, chosen because it really is out of the way. Feels very remote on an evening watching the sun set from the hot tub. Porthmadog 10 minutes away with some good spots to eat. We had an extremely chilled 4 days and would go back again, was a little sad to be leaving, thats when you know, you picked the right place.. The hosts were dead friendly and complete pleasure.
