"Stayed here for a week with friends. Booked because of the location, hot tub and photos of the cottage. It was lovely - the lady owner was present on our first day and was very chatty and friendly. The hot tub water had been replaced earlier on our arrival day which meant we couldn't use it that day, though that wasn't an issue. The cottage was lovely - bright, airy and plenty of space. Over the course of our stay there were issues with the heating which led to 3 days without - it couldn't be helped and the owners were good at keeping me informed regarding what was going on and offered for us to move to a different property - we didn't opt for this and were provided with heaters. The owners did all they could to address the issue and although it was inconvenient, it didn't spoil our week away. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed spending time in this and gazing at the stars (one particular night was extremely clear). We spent days out in Llandudno, Conwy and Betws-y-Coed - all lovely days. Good walks to be had also. There are 3 cottages, all close to one another. Only the larger one was occupied for a few nights whilst we were present - there was no major noise disturbance. Lovely owners who were approachable and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and my friends have already booked to come back again with family."

"This is a beautiful house, with comfortable rooms. Our entire family enjoyed the facilities, the owner was really welcoming. The house is half way up a very steep lane on the outskirts of a quiet village, plenty of room for four vehicles out the front. The views from the back are beautiful, and the alpaca wandering about the field as neighbours are fun to watch. The hot tub is a bonus, it is lovely to sit in when aching from a climb on Snowdon. The quality of furniture is great, so many times I have stayed in rental houses and the furniture is uncomfortable but in this house they have gone that extra mile to provide comfort. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with nice saucepans, cutlery and crockery, and a lovely big fridge. The welcome pack was lovely with local items in it. The log fire was brilliant on the night time when the temperature dropped low for August. I would thoroughly recommend this house to stay with a 40 minute drive to Mount Snowdon you are well situated to get about ."

"We have stayed in other rentals, but this is on another level !!! 5 star plus Family of 8 stayed over weekend, and on opening door, we were all blown away. All fixtures and fittings, top quality . Photos really dont convey how beautiful this cottage is, seeing is believing. Icing on cake is superb hot tub, and log burner for those colder nights. There is something about a real fire, our 2 dogs couldn't wait to curl up each night in front of this !!! Saturday night, we had eight people in tub, relaxing and enjoying a few drinks. It will fantastic to stay over the summer, great garden layout, quality garden furniture, enjoying hot tub, with spectacular views. The welcome pack, was fit for a king !! All local produce, a lovely touch by Delyth, and her family, who were the perfect hosts. Great games room, for parties with younger children as well."

"I've stayed here twice now and absolutely love it. The Dairy has been converted beautifully and manages to be both modern and cosy at the same time. The cottage is full of lovely extra touches, like logs for the wood fire and some toiletries in the bathrooms. The only thing I'd change would be the mattresses on the beds but that's being picky. The location is quite remote but the countryside is fab and there are plenty of things to do, within driving distance. But probably the best thing about the Dairy is what wonderful and helpful hosts, Sam and her husband are. They have gone out of their way to improve my stay several times. From baking some fabulous cakes for my best friend's birthday, to serving mulled wine and cake while a local choir sang carols for us on Christmas Eve.I never write gushing reviews like this but I can't recommend it enough."

"This cottage was just amazing. My wife and I with our two young children had the best holiday there. The hot-tub was truly the highlight for us, but it would be doing the accommodation a huge disservice if we said that was the only great thing about this cottage. The underfloor heating made walking bare-foot on the beautifully tiled floors a luxury. The complementary logs for the log-burner in the living room made for a lovely cozy evening in with the wife. The garden was a great size allowing the children to play out and run around in safety. We even flew the kite that was left for us in the garden shed. The owners were lovely. Oh, and did I mention how peaceful it was and how great the view was? The cottage was exactly one year old on the week of our visit, but it still felt brand new. Would we consider going back? Most definitely."
