"Willow Cottage is one of the highest quality cottages we have stayed in for almost 40 years. A great deal of thought has gone into the planning and execution of this delightful conversion of old farm buildings. The highest quality materials and fittings have been used throughout, and it is warm and comfortable with underfloor heating which may be individually controlled in each room to suit personal requirements. There is also plenty of hot water throughout the day and a wood-burning stove in the lounge for those cold winter nights. Cleanliness is of the highest order. It is well equipped for two people, with a modern ceramic hob and fan oven, good quality appliances, utensils, crockery, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The decor and furnishings are modern, high quality, comfortable, and very pleasing to the eye. There is the latest connected flatscreen tv and a reliable WiFi connection for your online needs. A gravel-covered parking area at the front of the cottage in the farmyard provides room enough for two cars. Also there is easy access to the M4 at junction 17, which is no more than 10 minutes away. The farm is surrounded by the wonderful North Wiltshire countryside with opportunities for walking and a pub lunch in one of the nearby villages. The owners are very warm and welcoming, and also very helpful should the need arise. If you wish to stay in the area around Chippenham I would strongly recommend that you give this cottage a try."

"After returning from a fab week at the Stable, we would definitely stay again, and plan to in the near future. We are a family of 5 all ages and loved every minute of this place and location. The family who own the Stable were very friendly and greeted us with freshly baked cake on day of arrival. We loved the coming & going of the children and the day to day running of the farm. The surrounding area was very pretty. The Foxham inn was close by and within easy walking distance. The local shop was alot further away. The stable is a perfect holiday home for a family and we will going again the the summer next time, as the snow this time was drifting along the roadside. Will look forward to the summer flowers and a different feel. I would recommend The Stable to all my friends for a lovely home from home holiday."

"A group of eight adults stayed at this property. We loved the house and surroundings. The beds were all really comfortable and the house was furnished to a high standard. However, the twin bedded room had no wardrobe, cupboard or chest of drawers. This would probably have been fine as a children's room, but was not great for two adults, who had nowhere to store their clothes. Also, there were not enough chairs for eight people to sit around the table. There were many wineglasses, but not enough other glasses, for example, for beer. Apart from these small details, all agreed that it was a very pleasant house to spend a weekend in."

"We very much liked this lovely house that is both spacious and cosy and has all the amenities you could wish for and more. We loved the well filled bookcases and the attractive dvd collection as well as the vast games room and the large barbecue which we've made good use of, thanks to the gorgeous weather. The owners are very pleasant and within reach if you need them but, although living 'next door', almost invisible for the rest of the time. Despite the rural location you can find several large supermarkets within 5 or 6 miles and the property has easy access to the M4 motorway. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely brand new conversion of an agricultural building with great features such as underfloor heating plus a wood burner. The tasteful countryside styling of the cottage is attractive and has been achieved with a keen eye for detail. There are high ceilings throughout, which gives the sense of a much larger property. The shower is powerful, the sitting room is cosy but also has a large picture window. The bedroom is impressively spacious with character beams and a very comfortable large double bed. In summary the cottage is a great combination of old and new."
