What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mrs Dickinson - Verified booking

Wow, a real home from home! The flat was amazing, so very spacious for a couple (and a pooch), we looked forward to coming 'home' after our day trips out. The bed was so comfy that we are considering a mattress topper! Everything very stylish, but not pretentiously so, and you knew you were in Cornwall. Kitchen had everything and more. A great place to explore the far end of England! Last day the weather was atrocious, but this didn't matter as we binged watched a Netflix series. So much that could be promoted on the website though... hair dryer and straighteners ( I never use, but know people who would be amazed by this!), coffee making machine, Netflix available, eco friendly cleaning and toiletries products, quality loo roll, dog bed and bowl (again we always bring our own, but would be good for others to know!). Recommendations for us in terms of eating out on Marazion - nothing to do with the accommodation - is that only the Godolphin and Kings Arms were open at this time of year, all booked up, so our first meal was a Domino's pizza :(

We spent an amazing 7 nights here and really loved it , the only downfall being parking, which is about 15 minute walk away , and also the fact u are overlooked if you sit outside for coffee which was disappointing, but the view of the sea was beautiful, the village is very nice, not great if you are disabled though or pushing a pram as the walk to the village means very thin almost no existent pavements in some places , the view once in the village is absolutely beautiful ,the beaches, st Micheal's mount, just lovely ! , we did try the local pub for food but really not great , we also stupidly tried the Chinese buffet, avoid! Awful ! , but the fish and chips shop in the village is very good , you also have supermarkets 2 miles away and some stunning beaches nearby .....praa sands beach is amazing! The actual accommodation is very modern and has everything u need for your stay , it's very clean and comfy

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment is really more like a cottage -very spacious, calm and comfortable- with good quality furnishing etc that made all the difference. The outside space was delightful. We used both the patio table and chairs and the loungers everyday. We loved that it was both private and had a view of the sea. Location in the centre of Marazion was great - within walking distance of several cafes and and places to eat. And as well as the wide main beach, we found the nearby 'Steps ' Beach (so called due to access) a real Plus as dog friendly all year round. We got much more than we were expecting, probably the nicest holiday let we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Marazion Attic is an absolutely beautiful place to stay.

It’s immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished and the views of the Mount are stunning. Our only gripe was the parking - the space was very awkward to drive into (around back of property) and you have to reverse out through narrow gates and back onto narrow track. Probably fine in a small car but tricky in a van/bigger family car. Not sure how it would work for parking if you had a second vehicle? Otherwise an absolutely stunning place to stay and we highly recommend it. Easy walk to the village, for walks along the beach/St Michaels Mount. The Godolphin pub is excellent and well worth a visit. Very easy to catch the bus to Penzance too.

Lovely property set in the centre of Marazion - a wonderful little town with lots of nice pubs, galleries and restaurants in the vicinity but also a sensible driving distance from other flagship areas of Cornwall. We parked our car nearby at the long-stay car park which is £50 for 7 days and a 10 minute walk from the property - just something to bear in mind when booking. The property itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is very well set up for self catering - we were able to comfortably cook in the kitchen. There is a washing and dryer machine too. Outdoor area was larger than expected. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.
