"My family spent Christmas 2015 at the cottage, 10 of us and a baby the owners were very pleasant and helpful, the cottage was lovely loads of room for all of us and all the rooms were nicely decorated. The views panaramic countryside from all sides. A working farm and was great to see the sheep being hearded past our window in the evening. The downside for us was it was too far away from shops and pubs, you have to drive down country lanes and in winter at night this is not pleasant, especially if you do not know these roads as the locals do. Our party would have liked to have walked to a local country pub for lunch or dinner without driving, we had 4 children with us, but we enjoyed our Christmas at the cottage.Just one other thing, you have to drive through the farm up a dirt track to get to the cottage, this track needs some work as not a great experience for your car, especially when you have crammed the kids, granny, shopping, presents and anything else you need for Christmas in lol.But if you are happy to stay in the house and just explore the countryside or are not bothered about being too far from shops, bars then this cottage is for you, could not fault the cottage or its equipment we had every thing we needed for a party of 10."

"This a great cottage on a working farm, and is very remote. It is situated about a mile INTO the farm, and the public road outside the farm is a single track country lane. You cannot hear any road noise, there is no light pollution, but there is a lot of livestock about, mainly sheep and cows, which was a positive for us. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place for you. The WIFI is very flaky at best, and proved unusable, but this proved a benefit as you really are away from everything and you really can relax. The cottage is large and very well equipped, with plenty of space for parking (we had three cars between us and there was room for at least another two. This part of the world is very rural, and the local people are very friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage if you are looking to get away from it all."

"This is an absolute gem. I defy anyone staying here not to say wow when they first walk in to S24483. The bathroom is a show stopper - fantastic shower and a wonderful bath. The rest of the accommodation, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, etc is of the same impressive standard. The welcome from Gary and Alison matches the accommodation - warm and friendly without being overbearing. They deliver a wonderful stay in a peaceful and tranquil environment which they are rightly proud of. Nice welcome pack of fresh milk, butter, bread, fruit, tea, coffee, sugar and chocolates, so you don't have to rush off to the shops before you arrive. We will be going back, if it's ever available!!"

"A fabulous high quality cottage! All creature comforts including beautiful quality bedding, comfortable beds and lovely ensuite bathrooms and toiletries. The only slight niggle is that the shower is'nt very powerful (so felt we couldn't quite give it a 10 in Equipment category) but there is a lovely bath and everything else is so nice and, for us, easily outweighs the shower niggle! It's cosy and warm and beautifully maintained. We were warmly welcomed with delicious treats which was a lovely start to our stay. The parking is right outside and is easy. One of the best we've ever stayed in and would definitely stay there again to explore more of the beautiful surroundings."

"S16351 is in a amazing location, quiet yet on a working farm and excellently situated to visit the Malverns which are within a 10-15 minute drive. Great dog walks on the door step. The cottage is beautifully appointed and clearly much thought has gone into the furnishings and decor. The bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in on a cottage holiday, and the only real fault we could say was that as the duvet was so thick (winter) we got too hot every night and sadly had poor sleep as a result. Even with the widows fully open with windy/rainy weather we could not cool down. The welcome food and bottle of Buck Fizz was extremely kind and generous of the owners. May 2011."
