What our customers are saying about our Two Bedroom Cottages In Oxfordshire To Rent.

"We were very disappointed that the details omitted to describe accurately this property. There is no mention of a spiral staircase from the ground floor to the first floor. a distinct disadvantage for older people who may have some minor disabilities or for those with very young families. The bathroom has strip hazard of a small step at the entrance and has low beam neither of which are described in the details. The shower over the bath is difficult to use because of the sloping end of the bath and anyone over 1.8 metres tall will have difficulty standing under the shower due the the lack of head room and low ceiling."

"The cottage itself was just as we expected in terms of the facilities, with a superb welcome pack waiting for us. We were disappointed on the day of our arrival when frost was expected and occurred, that the heating had not been turned up more than just back ground - after a day of increasied settings, mastering the wood burner and buying a hot water bottle we were more comfortable! It should be pointed out that a couple of the bottom stairs are angled downwards which makes negotiating the bottom turn a challenge. We felt safer by holding on to the lintel above, but someone less agile might find it a bit awkward."

"As before: Most importantly a glass screen MUST be fitted to the over-the-bath shower. The shower is brilliant but as it is so powerful, when used it turns the bathroom into a wet room. It is also, I suggest, dangerous as the water must seep through the wooden floor.A Grab Rail is needed on the stairs to the main bedroom.A couple of the light switches do not appear to do anything. On arrival there was a very pungent smell of soot/smoke which was difficult to eliminate.A rug on the kitchen flagstones would be good."

"We had a lovely weekend and liked the cottage. It did feel quite cluttered, as though things had just been put out of the way while owners away. In need of a bit of tlc and maintenance - mould around bath, carpet quite dirty in hallway so first impression not great. Dried up soap bars in bathroom and kitchen.Kitchen equipment - plenty of it but some of it quite scruffy - e.g rusty baking traysGarden - lovely, very peaceful setting but general tidy up needed.Summer house - really lovelyPeaceful, beautiful setting"

"Lovely home in a delightful village. The home was just what we were looking for - atmosphere with modern appliances. All worked well. House notebook had excellent and much needed information. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting in the garden listening to the doves cooing and the birds chirping. We had Cream Tea at the White Hart, watched the Morris dancers in the square and learned about Aunt Sally at the Queen's Head. Buses were easy to take into Oxford. Enjoyed walking and discovering Eynsham."
