"S17974 is a clean, spacious house on a lovely little housing development 10-15 minutes' walk from the town centre, right next to a church.Enclosed garden is ideal if you have a dog. There are dog bowls and leads provided. Very good range of kitchen equipment, so great if you love cooking! Towels provided were very small, very thin, and scratchy. I would not provide these to guests staying in my home, let alone paying ones. (to be honest, I would not even dry my dog with them). There is no internet access, not even a DVD player, so S17974 would not be a good choice if you're staying more than a few days and the weather is not good, or if you have children. Toilet roll, kitchen roll, handwash, hairdryer provided which was very helpful. No Welcome Pack or general information provided, i.e. with regards to when the heating and hot water come on, no recycling instructions."

"Very comfortable for a family holiday. Lovely, remote and quiet location, super views; extremely peaceful. Generally well equipped with what's necessary, albeit functional rather than cosy. Perhaps an extra set of tableware wouldn't go amiss. Very spacious overall and generous rooms. Very light. Dont know if possible with the water supply but an upgrade to the shower pressure would be welcome.Super friendly and flexible caretaker.Instructions how to find (we arrived in the dark) weren't entirely useful to find the last turn. Just need to update on the site, as it's properly signposted once you get far enough."

"Great property for a family holiday. Good sized, totally private garden where we were fortunate to use daily due to fantastic weather. Very well equipped, including lots of extra family entertainment. We were impressed by the area and used the home as a base to visit Aldeburgh, Southwold, Beccles, Felixstowe, Lowestoft and finally Walberswick which was a great hit with our grandsons..very pretty village with the best crabbing ever! We were equally impressed with the Suffolk Secrets team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Snape and loved the surroundings."

"What a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly equipped for our family and really clean. Everything has been thought of, and more! The kids have enjoyed all the games and toys and the wonderful big garden, and the adults have enjoyed restful sleeps and relaxing evenings with a lovely fire. The location is great, close to the beach, high street and supermarket, and it was great having the driveway, as parking seems to be tricky in Aldeburgh. We will definitely be booking S127636 again and are already looking forward to our next stay! "

"We had a lovely family weekend. The house is quirky, quaint and comfortable, with lots of places to explore. We had family meals every day and enjoyed the log fire and the piano. It was clean and warm and beds were comfortable. The garden was good for the dogs and sitting in the sun, we moved the bench to the grass. We had three cars and the garage door is waiting to be fixed but we managed to park two down the road, we didn't mind. The surrounding areas are stunning and we would love to go back in the summer one year."
