    "Sometimes you walk into a property and get that 'homely' feeling. S40964 does this.Spotlessly clean, light and airy. We liked the fact that there were doors opening through to the kitchen and then doors straight out onto the enclosed garden. This was ideal for our dog 'Poppy'. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding even smelt fresh. Beautiful power shower or a bath if you prefer which is huge! Kitchen has everything thought out. Charlestown is such a beautiful place and S40964 is perfectly situated for staying local and relaxing as there are so many dog friendly pubs, restaurant and cafes with lovely friendly people. You have an allocated parking space which is great. It also serves as a great base for visiting the many interesting places nearby. We used to go off for the day and then come back and wander down to the harbour and eat in the evening. We would definitely return to S40964 again. No complaints at all - a perfect holiday!"

    "The cottage is lovely and a great location and a perfect base for a holiday. The garden is secure for the dogs. The house was well decorated and equipped. The one issue we had was the mattress in the double room, it was not at all comfortable and we struggled getting any sleep for the week and came away from holiday very tired this may of been us so I would rather this is seen as a observation rather than a complaint. It was nice to have milk in the fridge on arrival as we forgot to stop and get any and the biscuits left were lovely. We would stay again if the mattress was better quality, When we find a nice holiday let we do tend to go back again and again but will wait and see on this occasion.The owner on the phone was very friendly and nice and we could of rang about the mattress but we were on holiday and not there to complain."

    "Our stay at S21127 was just fantastic. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. It is dog friendly with lots of space for a run around!We had originally booked the owner's other property in a nearby town but this was changed at the last minute due to the need for some repairs. While Manor Wing is in a remote area, the owners, Lorna and Ross, offered to taxi us one evening to and from a local restaurant, which was a lovely gesture. While the area is remote, we were still able to walk into St Blazey and the Eden Project, which was great. We also had some lovely trips to Port Issac and Polperro - easy to drive to within 40 minutes.S21127 is a lovely place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and room for 4 to sleep with 2 bathrooms. We would really recommend this cottage for a perfect, tranquil Cornish holiday."

    "We had such a fantastic week staying here! We were met by the owner and she made us feel welcome with a cup of tea and a basket of goodies. The accommodation is well thought out, interior decor is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean. I was worried that it might be a bit small for our family of 5 but it was very spacious with the master bedroom being plenty big enough for the 3 children to share and our room was also very big. There were 2 big bathrooms and a fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and living room which was great. Our oldest daughter was also happy with the Wi-Fi and having Netflix on all the TVs. Can't recommend this accommodation enough and when we return to Cornwall again for a holiday will definitely try and book this place."

    "The Kilns is a very spacious property and has all of the amenities you would need except for a washing machine and wi-fi. There is a laundry at the end of the block where you can also access the wi-fi, but it’s just a shame you don’t have everything in your own holiday home. Other than that, cannot fault it. The owner was friendly and accommodating, leaving a bottle of wine for us on arrival. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, some toilet paper and all the kitchen utensils. A cot and high chair were also provided for the baby. Not a bad location at all. About 15 minutes to the Eden Project, beaches within a half hour drive and some supermarkets, petrol stations and chip shops nearby."
