What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Worcestershire.
Mrs Liston - verified booking
"Had 2 separate bathrooms (1 ensuite) as well as downstairs toilet. Property was well appointed in the area and easy to find by car. There was also off-road parking. Garden was nice and also well furnished - we had breakfast outside some mornings. There were also some very thoughtful touches for example chocolate cake waiting in the kitchen and milk in the fridge, handwash by each hand basin, boxes of tissues in several rooms. We also liked the folders of information (and liked the way requests were made discretely eg polite messages left by the window or next to the blinds) and the provision of tons of books and games. In fact, virtually everything we could possibly have wanted was provided."

"After two very hectic weeks in France and London, the quiet retreat of Broadway was just what we needed. I thought I knew what to expect from the pictures on the website but the cottage exceeded my expectations. It was so well decorated and equipped that it felt like home immediately. The notebook provided us with valuable information and we used it as a guide for dining choices.\ \ \ The cake was perfect for our tea the day we arrived. And the location provided us a good opportunity to walk to town center and restaurants. My only complaint is that the weather did not allow us to enjoy sitting on the deck by the creek. Oh how I wish Pine Cottage were not a 9 hour plane ride away."

"My daughter and I stayed here primarily to attend the RHS Malvern Spring Show and it was ideal for this as we could access the show"the back way"in 5 mins missing all the queues. The footage was very well presented and clean and very well equipped. We were warned the access was by steep steps and they certainly were but at least we had parking and a wonderful view of the Severn valley. We could walk easily to the amenities in Malvern and also drove to visit Croome House which we would thoroughly recommend .The only slight problem was difficulty blocking out light in the bedrooms."

"It was not mentioned on your web site that all pillows and duvets in the property were goose and duck down. Unfortunately I am allergic to feathers, we contacted the owner Darren on discovering this on our arrival and he was at the door within the hour with hypo allergenic replacement bedding. This was excellent service and much appreciated . It may however be worth mentioning on your listings what type of bedding is in each property to enable holidaymakers to make appropriate choices. Not everyone may be as fortunate as we were!"

"2 Norfolk Villas is situated in a quiet position, yet within walking distance of the centre of Great Malvern. We were able to get onto the footpath network within a few minutes of leaving the house and enjoyed 3 good walks during the week. Standards within the house were very high; it had everything we needed for the week and was warm and comfortable during a rather chilly week in March. Overall we had a very enjoyable week and would be happy to return to the area, and to stay in this property if we do."
