"If you are looking for the perfect home from home setting for your holiday then Plas Cottage really does have everything. Nestled away in its own private location you really feel ready to relax. Ideal for families with small children as well as couples alike. Beautiful play park for the kids on your doorstep with a lovely cafe serving homemade icecream. Stone throw from the beach. One of the massive things I loved about Plas Cottage was the additional bonus of the downstairs shower room great for washing the beach off! With the added comfort of a washer/dryer.Plas Cottage, is clean, spacious, well equipped and has been tailored beautifully with luxury in mind. Sky Q, Large TV, Wi-Fi, Large bathtub, and a kitchen perfect for those that fancy cooking or for just dishing up your take away. Impressive living room great for entertaining and with feature dining table catering for 6. Patio doors leading straight onto patio brilliant for a BBQ.We have extended our holiday for an additional 5 nights due to the wonderful time we are having here and we will definitely stay again. Plas Cottage really does provide you with the perfect home to enjoy your holiday. We were greeted on arrival by a warm welcoming housekeeper. Who ensured we had everything we needed and showed us how everything worked. Garden beautifully maintained and safe for families to relax in,Owners of Plas Cottage have passion for ensuring excellent professional customer service. I have paid more and stayed in other accommodation all over the UK that has not come close to Plas Cottage. This Cottage really is exceptional value for money delivering the ultimate holiday experience and best yet you can bring your family pet to a home with high standards with zero compromise on hygiene. "This was our first holiday in the area, there are some lovely places to visit and walk, which was our reason for choosing this location. Pathacres was clean and tidy on arrival. It is a spacious accommodation, except the compact kitchen area but it does lack some finishing touches. The bedroom is large with an excellent walk in wardrobe but it would benefit from a dressing table with chair and mirrors. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Also a clock in the property would have been beneficial. Plus there was no DVD player as advertised. The property has large windows giving good views of the surrounding area as it is in an elevated position, but not all the windows have blinds or curtains. The bedroom ones do. The property has two external doors both of which are poor fitting and extremely drafty, which could be a problem in the colder weather. We found there was no information available in the property informing guests of how to sort recycling waste or when bin collection day was. There was limited information on places to visit in the area and no guidance on how to operate the central heating controller. We figured it out by trial and error so an information leaflet would have been helpful. Be aware access to the property is up an un-maintained lane from the main access road. The property was private and quiet, if the weather is kind to you then the balcony offers a good place to sit and take in the views."

"5 of us and a dog stayed here for 3 days. The house itself is a spacious bungalow with a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with roll top bath and there is a small outside area. It was clean and comfortable for what we needed however I feel it could do with a few extra things for it to be rated higher. As it can sleep up to six people, I felt the equipment in kitchen was a little sparse especially if you are planning to cook meals (like we did for two of the nights). There was only one shelf in the oven, one small pan, a tiny grater, a minute kitchen bin (we used our own bags so we could separate recycling/food waste! We didn't bring any dishwasher tablets and none were provided. Some general information about the house/area would have been great especially about the bin collections. On the first morning, bins were collected but we didn't realise until going out late morning and as the bins were not out on the pavement, there were not collected. There were already rubbish bags left by previous people by the side of the bins when we arrived as the the recycling bins were already full. The garden could really do with a makeover to bring it in line with the interior of the house as it is a decent size and potential to be lovely area to sit outside to have a meal. All in all, a good stay."

"I would recommend Tyddyn Fron Bach, but with certain reservations. It is highly suitable for those with limited mobility, being all on one level - although the shower is over the bath, so not so good for a stay of more than a few nights if you're disabled. I can't get in and out of a bath any more. The patio garden is certainly enclosed and private. Unfortunately this means there are no real views from any of the windows in the cottage, as the patio is enclosed by a 6 foot wooden fence! Even a few pots of flowers would have brightened it up a little and made it more welcoming. It felt rather like sitting in a prison yard. Happily the weather was good, so we were able to spend most of the day away from the cottage enjoying the countryside around and about. The open plan living room/kitchen is convenient and modern. and the bedrooms are comfortable. I think it would also be tactful to reword the arrival sheet. Having spent out over £300 for 3 nights I don't enjoy being told to leave the house clean and tidy and to make sure everything is moved back to where we found it. My stepson owns a holiday cottage. He employs a cleaner and doesn't expect those who pay to spend precious hours cleaning and tidying."

"24hrs before our holiday was to commence, we were contacted to say that the oven was broken and they had placed a temporary oven in the kitchen as a replacement. We were given the option to cancel, but at such a late stage and with a party of nine, we felt we had no option but to continue.Arriving at the property, it is in a great position, lovely sized rooms and clean. Outside at the rear of the property can best be described as totally neglected, over grown and nothing like the photograph in the advert. The kitchen is a disappointment and the ‘temporary ‘ oven was the size of a small microwave, not what is expected in a self catering property which has a capacity of 10+. Looking at the over would suggest that it had been there for some time as it showed signs of use. The existing ‘range’ cooker was not particularly clean and only the hob worked, sort of. Ovens are available next day from many online outlets, why it was not replaced is a mystery.Overall a nice size house, outside the garden was so overgrown it was unusable and the kitchen is a problem for anyone who wants to cook for more than two."
