"<span style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">First impression when arriving at farm is a bit 'rustic'. typical dairy farm yard, buildings and smells. The property was great and the owners very nice.<br /> <br /> Great if staying with children as a viewing gallery to watch the cows being milked. Lovely walks in area.<br /> <br /> Take a torch and a reflective jacket if walking dogs in the evening or dark. Beautiful area. Lots of places to walk. Visit Lake Bala and Vrwyny later in the day or not at weekends, it is very busy then, but well worth going on another day. Newtown is a nice market town, as is Welshpool. Llandiloes is quaint and there is The Minivera Arts Centre hosting quilts which is fastinating. Lovely food at The Cross Keys, about 5 miles north on the A495. A bit of a wait for the food as it is all cooked to order, well well worth the wait.</span><br /> <br /> "

"Thank you Sheila Evans for a wonderful holiday at Kinverley, You and your family could not be more helpful and considerate. Our experience could not have been bettered and no doubt the good weather added to this. The use of the summer house allowed us to relax and take full advantage of the garden with its peace and quite. The cakes and added goodies that awaited our arrival where a delight and surprise. Visits to Old Raynor the Elan Valley and the Wonderful Gardens/Restaurant at Hergest Croft (don't miss it ) along with at trip to Hay on Wye provided that little bit extra. The proof is in the pudding and we look forward to our next visit. "

"We had a great few days at Black Patch which is a comfortable and well-equipped house with ample room for us all. It was warm and there was plenty of hot water. The views from the house were fantastic and we enjoyed the walks nearby and proximity to Presteigne. A visit to Bryan's Ground is strongly recommended. The track up to the house is quite bumpy but that was mentioned in the description - care is needed when arriving by car. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much."

"18 of us stayed for my Mother’s 80th and it was absolutely perfect. This place is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms are well proportioned, bedrooms are all really lovely. It’s a fine old house with beautiful grounds and we felt utterly spoilt so we stayed an extra night. We loved it, our children loved it. A highlight was being able to choose to eat either in the kitchen, formal dining room, conservatory or terrace."

"Great cottage with stunning 360 degree views, better than we expected. Many walks you can do straight from the cottage.Lovely Hot Tub which you can use whenever & the log burner perfect for cold evenings and mornings. A short drive from the town with lots of amenities and also in walking distance.Shame one of the lovely main bedrooms is seperated from the main property so bear this in mind as we was unaware."
