"Had a fabulous 2 weeks in our cottage, very dog friendly location. Cottage was very clean, great layout for us (2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2dogs). The boys loved the fishing, location was very good, close enough to Liskeard for shopping, takeaway etc but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. The village Inn; food was good, reasonably priced and plenty of choice. Drinks all the usual choice, staff were lovely. If we had anything negative (we didn't), it would have been 10/10 if there was a small pool for relaxing at the end of the day. We knew there wasn't one and it wasn't a problem, it's not a critism just a nice to know. Would recommend and return tomorrow ❤️"

"Firstly we were met by a rude manageress. The sleeping area was ok but the bathroom suite and kitchen were very dated. The flush did not work on the toilet, which meant we had to use a bowl of water to flush it everytime we used it. We were not impressed with having to pay extra for any electricity used, bearing in mind we had to put the immersion heater on every time we wanted a shower! To add insult the electricity used had to be paid by cash to the managers. We booked Rosecraddoc as a fishing holiday, but the lake was so covered in lilies that my husband could not fish at all. Leaving him disappointed. We will not be back!"

"Lovely little gem of a place! Owners are really friendly and the place is tucked away from view of their house. Dog friendly which is an added bonus. Welcome pack was lovely. It had everything we needed although we didn't cook here. Clean and comfortable. Ideal base. Location was great for getting around Cornwall, St Ives just 2 miles away. We also went to Lands End, Falmouth, Penzance, Truro to name a few but St Ives def our favourite. Cricket ground opposite to walk the dog if needed. Engine Inn just up the road but would need to drive as no pavements. We had a lovely break. Thank you."

"I travelled to Cornwall on the busiest weekend of the year however once I made it to Rosecraddoc Manor I found that I had been upgraded from one-bedroomed Carpenters to two-bedroomed Stable in the same complex due to water problems. As usual I travelled a path less trodden round Cornwall avoiding the honeypots. My week was relaxing as usual due to Cornwall's charms and Rosecraddoc's comforts. I will return to Rosecraddoc Manor next year, albeit in the Spring, to continue my Cornish ramblings."

"The cottage was cold, particularly the bathroom even with the heated towel rail on,one of the storage heaters in the lounge/bedroom was broken, there was no light in the bathroom when we arrived and no bulb in one of the bedside lamps, one of the attractions was the fishing lake, only to find that at least three quarters of it was covered in lily pads making it only possible to fish in two places"
