This luxury converted barn in the heart of Cornwall is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing base to explore the area with their four-legged companions. It’s one of a group of cottages on the farm, perfectly placed for enjoying the coast and countryside. All on one level, it has a wet room, a large, enclosed garden, and a wood burner.
Having been restored with painstaking attention to detail, the cottage is stunning, with luxury features and gorgeous original features. The spacious lounge/diner is light, with high ceilings and a cosy wood burner housed in the stone fireplace. It has comfy sofas to relax on and a Smart TV with DVD player. Next door is the kitchen, equipped with everything you might need to enjoy meals in, including a dishwasher and a slow cooker. The bedroom is a luxurious haven, with stunning exposed brick wall, a super-king bed (can be set up as a twin) and the bathroom/wet room with a double-ended bath and shower. You and your furry friends can enjoy the enclosed garden, with seating and a BBQ on the patio. There’s also a field you can exercise the dogs in.
Grab the leads and head out for a walk on Bodmin Moor, where the famous Jamaica Inn is found (as well as the infamous beast!). Wander along the wheelchair-friendly Camel Trail, an 18-mile route that passes through stunning scenery and runs past the bottom of the farm lane. Cornwall’s stunning coastline is nearby where you can pick up the South West Coast Path. Visit foodie heaven Padstow (16.5 miles) and explore the town’s historic harbour. The Eden Project is 16.5 miles away, then treat yourselves to dinner at the pub in one of the nearby villages, St Tudy, Blisland and St Breward (all within 2 miles).

The cottage was stunning. It was well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely log burner for those cosy evenings. A lovely big garden for your dogs. Huge comfortable bed.
