Nestled away in a secluded part of Snowdonia National Park lies this characterful stone-built cottage with private hot tub and stunning countryside views out across Llyn Celyn and the surrounding mountains. Ty Hen is complete with 3 cosy bedrooms, a country-style kitchen, dining area, bathroom and welcoming sitting room with an open fire. Spend your mornings looking out at the breath-taking scenery and your evenings star-gazing from the comfort of the hot tub. Enjoy a wonderful selection of walks and cycling trails around the local area as well as a riverside cafe and watersport centre. The market town of Bala is around a 10-minute drive from the property and home to further activities such as fishing, Bala Lake Railway, castle ruins and popular walks/trails. For a fantastic day out, visit Zip World Slate Caverns (15mi) or a drive to Bwlch y Groes - the second highest public road mountain pass in Wales with views that are out of this world! 

Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Beds: 2 Doubles, 1 King (can be made up as two 2'6" singles on request).

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen, sitting room, dining area, bathroom and boot room. First Floor: Two double bedrooms, a cloakroom and king bedroom (can be made up as two 2'6" singles on request).

Kitchen and utilities: Country-style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and wash basin. Boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 

Entertainment: TV in dining area and both double rooms. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Children under 7 should be supervised due to the proximity to the stream.

Outside: Private hot tub with views over surrounding countryside. Enclosed garden laid to gravel with picnic bench, table and chairs, lake views and a stream running alongside. Children under 7 should be supervised due to the proximity to the stream.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please note: Owner has friendly on-site vizla puppy.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars.

Please note: Strictly no stag/hen parties. Children under 7 should be supervised due to the proximity to the stream.
