Situated within a motorhome/caravan park right on the edge of the lake. Property is right next to the owners house who also owns the holiday park.Nice little games shed with darts and a very small pool table. A bit dusty though.Nothing wrong with the inside/outside of property but could do with some fans inside for the hot weather. We actually found the double room mostly too hot to sleep in even with the windows open, fine when weather cooled down. The beds were a bit hard. My one complaint would be that the shower in the cubicle has hardly any water pressure so took a long time to shower. Perhaps this could be looked at going forward.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Stayed here three nights and was very happy with the location, the aesthetic, and everything about the cottage. Beds were clean. Very reasonable price when split amongst the party. Happy with the stay and would definitely recommend and stay again if hiking Snowdon!
