What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Hot Tubs In Bala To Rent.

"Whilst the location was great and the access to Bala town was easily walkable, unfortunately the park and accommodation did not live up to our expectationsA terrible mattress that felt like sleeping on a half blown up airbed resulting in poor sleep for the duration of or 3 night stay resulted in me sleeping in the single bed in the spare room on the final night. We attempted to complain about the mattress after the second night but the office was not open on the Sunday and no staff were to be seen. The morning of our departure 2 hours before we had to check out the water to our caravan was turned off by the maintenance man as I was just starting to have a shower. This was so he could start off jobs that I would expect are best left until after check out. After a 3rd poor night sleep in a row this was unacceptable. I dare say with more sleep I would have been more understandable. The Caravan itself also was a little tired with some broken fixings like the shower head holder and dripping taps. Some annoyances that again I would ordinarily not be that bothered about. We did complain as we checked out but unfortunately it was a little late by that point and little was offered to address the matter. It's a real shame I probably would have gone back their because of the location and how amazing we found snowdonia in general."

"Beautiful cottage, situated in an ideal location! Me and my girlfriend had a very enjoyable stay in the cottage. We were greeted and given a tour and guide around the property and its functions, such as the hot tub, underfloor heating, appliances, lighting etc. The cottage was furnished and decorated to a modern and high standard. We were happy to find that the cottage was already equipped with essentials such as cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pans, pots and cleaning products, board games, DVD's etc. The cottage is situated in a great location for access to local attractions. During our 2 night/3 day stay, we had a lovely scenic drive into the town, visited the local lake and the shops and bars within the town, visited Barmouth on day two which was a pleasant 45min drive from the cottage. We then visited Swallow Falls in Betws-y-Coed and Llandudno on day 3. Fantastic!"

Owners were great. Lovely cottage with a high spec and modern fixtures and fittings. Drinks in the garden while relaxing in the hot tub. Very close to town, but yet so quiet and relaxing out the back. Great food at the White Lion Hotel and at Plas yn Dre.</span>"

"Pen y Garth lodges provide a great base for exploring the beautiful Snowdonia national park. nearby Bala has a lot of charm and is a bustling small town in a stunning lake side setting. The lodges are very well presented with all mod cons apart from WiFi, which didn't work, but we managed fine without it. We also had a damaged curtain rail and missing curtain in the front window, and we spent an hour 1 evening trying to rehang the curtain rail and curtains - a slight hassle. This was the first time we had taken our dog (Luna a Doberman) with us on holiday and the lodges were very accommodating and the site was pet friendly. As said before the location of the site is a great base for exploring and because of this and its pet friendliness we are likely to return."
