Situated close to the RAF Valley, the friendly coastal town of Rhosneigr (4 mile), where you will find a couple of nice restaurants (The Oyster Catcher and Sandy Mount House) should you wish to dine out. There are two secluded beaches: Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, providing a fantastic spot for a range of water sports. The property is also within easy reach of the rspb Valley Wetlands site (4.5 miles), the lively Trac Mon Anglesey Circuit (6 miles) and only an 8 minute drive away from Anglesey Golf Course - Clwb Golff Ynys Mon.

Entering the house, the bright and inviting conservatory provides a cheerful welcome, with ample seating and far-reaching views. This leads through to a tastefully arranged dining room and then into a light, fresh, vibrant and beautifully equipped kitchen. You will have a choice between a delightful twin room, a cosy double and a beautiful king-size room. The king-size room has a TV, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely freestanding bath, handheld shower attachment and WC. The accommodation also has a refreshing shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

Heading outside, there’s a large lawn to the front of the property, shared with the neighbouring cottage, and offering plenty of space for younger guests and pets to run and play. To the rear, the enclosed patio has a gravelled area, BBQ, L-shaped sofa, and a table with a warming fire pit in the centre, perfect for settling back and unwinding on a sunny summer’s day.
