Nestled on the outskirts of the attractive Welsh village of Valley is this fantastic detached cottage, ideal for a family retreat to the Isle of Anglesey. Beach Reach rests on a residential road, just a short walk from the Anglesey Coastal Path and to the bridge that links Holy Island. Be welcomed into an enclosed garden space where you can secure your bikes in the garage before heading inside. The ground floor boasts a great cloakroom with a basin and WC, leading you into an inviting sitting room where you can curl up in front of the Smart TV on the stylish corner sofa as the electric fire warms the room. From here, slide open the patio doors on a summer's day and enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor patio, whilst indoor dining seating rests in the well-equipped kitchen/diner, fitted with an electric double oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher! Continuing to impress are two ground-floor bedrooms, comprising a double and a single, ideal for those with limited mobility or a small family unit who want to stay close. The rest of the rooms await upstairs, boasting a gorgeous king-size with a flat screen TV and a twin room with far-reaching sea views, served by a refreshing shower room where you can prepare for the day ahead. Walk into your local village and stock up on essentials at the handy shop, butchers and Post Office, or enjoy an evening meal out at one of the dining options including the Valley & Bull Hotel, Relish Café, Catch 22 Brasserie and two fish and chip shop, there's even several takeaways if you fancy a night inside.
