Luxuries: Smart TV, Amazon Prime, Wi-Fi, Hot tub and pizza oven. (Please note that the hot tub is available for 1 hour each day and the pizza oven can only be used by the owner who will cook the pizzas for you at a cost of £60 for a party of 4). Electric car charging available (costs to be arranged with homeowner on arrival). 

General: Gas heating. A security deposit of £150 is required four weeks prior to your holiday.

Utilities: Electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer.

Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron.

Other: Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use.  Shampoo and shower gel provided.

Outdoors: Garden with patio to rear with 4 seat hot tub (max 1 hour use each day), pizza oven and furniture. 

Parking: Private for one car.
