We loved Bluebell Cottage. Great location and really comfy. Not your fault but previous occupants had used and filled all the wrong bins for recycling so we had to sort that out. Also the sink and bath needed wiping out and we wondered whether the cleaners might have left the heating on for us as it was freezing on arrival and the stone walls and floors took ages to warm up. All in all though we'd definitely return.

Good location. Great space out back - you need to include some pictures of it on the site. I had to ask about the parking pass the day before travel, at which point my number plate was electronically added to the pass - this should have been done at the outset of booking. Other than that, good comms.
