Location: In an elevated position in Beer, overlooking the village and a 4 minute walk down to the beach.Accommodation: From the gravelled parking area, a gate leads to steps down into the patio garden. You enter the cottage via a tiled reception hall and a step-down leads to a parqueted open plan area containing a dining table and 6 chairs with panoramic views across the patio to the village and beyond. The kitchen has oak flooring, electric oven, ceramic hob, integrated tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery, and equipment. Adjacent is a utility/boot room with washing machine, tumble dryer and rear access. The stylish sitting room has 2 three-seater leather settees, an open fire for the winter evenings and those lovely views across the village of Beer. There is a recently refurbished ground floor shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
