Sea View is a second floor apartment located in the pretty village of Beer. It is just a short stroll from the seafront with beautiful views.
A romantic retreat with sea views! Sea View is a charming holiday apartment in the heart of Beer overlooking Jubilee Gardens and the coast. This comfortable and stylish apartment is perfect for a couple looking for seaside holiday close to the beach. Accommodation is all on one level (via two flights of stairs) with an open plan living space including a well equipped kitchen at one end and sofa, easy chair, dining table and chairs at the other. The separate double bedroom is a good size and beautifully styled with oak furniture.
Sea View is just a stone’s throw from the galleries, cafes, wine bar and beach in Beer, a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful east Devon World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Entertainment: Smart TV, DVD and CD player, portable radioOutside: beach and Jubilee Gardens just seconds away. Parking Permit: Parking permit is available for 1 car in the Central car park (150 meters) and the cliff top car park only. (There is a small public carpark outside the flat. If guests use this carpark expecting the permit to be valid, they will receive a parking ticket)
General: WiFi. All fuel (hot water, night storage/electric wall heating), bedlinen and towels included in rental. . Pets: one small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.Notes: no smoking in the building.
