Tour the remarkable architecture of St. John The Baptist Church, a Grade I listed building known locally as "The Cathedral of the Peak". Take the short journey to the Spa town of Buxton, where you can immerse yourself in local history with a tour of the Buxton Museum & Art Gallery, stroll the restored grounds of The Pavilion Gardens or catch a live performance at the Edwardian Opera House. Those looking to get their steps in can embark on a trek throughout the varying terrains of the Peak District National Park, where outdoor adventurers will delight at the selection of walking and climbing opportunities available. A wonderful getaway any time of the year, choose Angel's Cottage.
