This spacious 3 bedroom property has one double room with king size bed and two twin bedded rooms. The large living room has plenty of space for everyone to be together. This room opens onto a comfortable dining area with seating for up to 6 guests. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and downstairs there is a second bathroom with shower and WC. There is a private driveway, which can accommodate 3 cars.
Outside you will find an enclosed garden with dining table and a BBQ. This wonderful sun-trap is the perfect spot to enjoy some Al-fresco dining whilst taking in the unspoilt scenery and beautiful sunsets. The surrounding countryside also makes it a great spot for bird watching!

Spacious, clean, warm and comfortable property. Only a few minutes walk into Wells town, so good location. Although property on a road, very quiet and peaceful.

This holiday home is the perfect location, literally a few minutes walk along the road to the quay and then a few more minutes to the shops and restaurants. Peaceful location and really good sized home. Would definitely go back

It's an excellent base for a holiday in North Norfolk, so close to Wells town centre and only a five-minute drive to Holkham. Stunning views and a perfect spot to walk from the house. The house is very well equipped, plenty of room and is very comfortable. Happy with communications, all straightforward from parking spaces to collecting the keys. Will be booking again!
