Located on the desirable, leafy, Georgian square called The Buttlands in Wells-next-the-Sea, stylish Casamaria is only a stone’s throw from two of Wells’s finest gastro pubs and all the amenities this bustling little seaside town has to offer.
A perfect detached pad for friends and families, the snug allows a group to splinter off from the main sitting room and the open-plan kitchen provides another lovely space to dine. There are four bedrooms (three with lovely, first-floor views of The Buttlands) and two bathrooms, one with a separate walk-in shower as well as a bath, and a sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, also overlooking the pretty, peaceful Georgian square.
Casamaria has easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. A five-minute walk and you are at Wells's historic quay, and from there it’s only a fifteen-minute walk to its stunning sandy beach, pinewood walks and rainbow beach huts.

Four adults and one small dog
Thank you for providing such a clean, comfy, and beautiful cottage. A lovely location in a beautiful town with everything you could need. We barely left Wells but would recommend Castle Acre priory and castle for a history fix, and as a birdwatcher Cley is not to be missed. Oh, and the Chinese takeaway does great food.

As a family we have stayed here twice now and hope to do so again in the future to make more memories. This time we had an extra family member, my grand daughter, and the facilities for her were very good. The only suggestion I could make with regards the kitchen is a larger fridge, as there were 6 adults and a baby we struggled with the size of the fridge. The beds are extremely comfortable, lovely spacious sitting room and lovely to have a separate dining room. I know Norfolk extremely well and particularly the Wells area, Casamaria is situated ideally for everything that we wanted to do and places to visit.

Lovely cottage in a great location around the green. Wells has everything we need in a holiday town. We had 4 adults and 1 small dog and everyone was happy.
