Firstly thank you for the bubbly and mince pies and lovely Christmas decorations, we have stayed in many properties over the New Year and few owners make such an effort! Alberts Cottage exceeded our expectations despite all the great reviews! You seem to have thought of everything. New Year’s Eve was very quiet in the town with many events being ticket only but a local suggested we went to The Edinburgh Inn which turned out to be a great atmosphere with several generations partying with a DJ and everyone was really friendly. We had a lovely walk on the beach and it was very exciting to see the seals in the waters edge, an oystercatcher and grebe.

Fabulous little tucked away cottage right in the middle of the lovely town of Wells and yet so quiet and peaceful. It is extremely well equipped, really warm and I loved the wood burner for when it was extra cold. Great birding at Cley, Titchwell and Holme and magnificent NT properties at Felbrigg and Blickling and snow drops at Walsingham. Gurneys fish shop in Burnham Market although not cheap, was fantastic quality which is fine by me! The local Co Op was very useful as are the shops just outside the cottage. I will be back!

We have stayed at Alberts 7 or 8 times now and have never been disappointed, that's why we come on going! You couldn't really get a place to stay nearer all the pubs, shops and other amenities if you tried.
