It’s just 2.5 miles from the resort town’s famous sandy beach and lively coastal amusement park, providing a serene base for a holiday. Head out on scenic walks in the gorgeous Norfolk Broads straight from your doorstep, perhaps strolling along pretty Angles Way (1.5 miles) or Breydon Water (5 miles). Alternatively, take to the waterways on a boat or kayak. History buffs will enjoy taking the 2-mile walk to Burgh Castle Roman Fort, while seaside explorers can visit nearby Gorleston-on-Sea (3 miles) and Lowestoft (9.5 miles), known for its artsy beach huts, restored pier and cultural venues. The Suffolk Heritage Coast, with its charming villages and iconic traditional resorts like Southwold (22 miles), is also within easy reach.

On arrival, take a moment to admire the charming brick exterior before stepping through the rear patio into the bright and spacious open-plan ground floor.
