Beach Bungalow in Great Yarmouth offers a spacious and comfortable stay with a large kitchen/diner, light lounge, and a bonus conservatory. The property features a wet-room and a decent-sized garden with patio furniture. It is well-located for beach access and local amenities, including public transport and dining options.

Guests have noted some cleaning issues and dirty utensils, suggesting room for improvement in cleanliness, but these were not significant detractors from the overall experience.

The bungalow's location is praised for its proximity to the beach, local cafes, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.

The main bedroom is highlighted for its comfortable bed, although some guests found the living room seating and the second bedroom's bed less comfortable. The conservatory could benefit from additional seating.

The property boasts a modern kitchen and Sky TV, but guests have mentioned a lack of kitchen equipment, incomplete board games, and a need for bathroom updates. The conservatory's lock and some furniture also require attention.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Loved Beach Bungalow. There was plenty of space overall, with the main bedroom having a divinely comfortable bed (although a little lower than we are used to]. A hairdryer would have been useful. The lounge was light & airy, & the conservatory was a bonus - additional seating in there would have been lovely. The kitchen / diner was huge, & having a dual aspect made it seem bigger still. The only complaint about the lovely kitchen would be the lack of equipment, ie, no colander, spatula, jug suitable for microwave use, & maybe a larger range of overproof dishes & extra saucepan lids.. The bathroom was good - one of the reasons for choosing Beach Bungalow was for the wet-room facility. The garden was a decent size, & had a weather been better we would have made more use of the comfortable patio furniture.

We've enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks in this well-appointed Bungalow. We missed having a teapot but maybe others prefer coffee. The wet room can get very wet if you're not careful. Access to a mop or squeegee would have been helpful. Other than that it's a cracking little place to stay. We recommend the paninis at Jay-jay's café.

Bungalow was lovely. Couple of cleaning issues but nothing to complain about. 20 mins walk to beach. Which is just amazing. Plenty to do down there. 5 mins walk to hospital where the buses all came regularly so we used the bus to visit Grt Yarmouth and Lowestoft. We felt it was the ideal location for us to explore the area. 4 min drive to White Hare pub where we had a fantastic meal
