Picture the scene... looking for a place to stay for my birthday... "Twin Lakes Annexe"... O.M.G, - is this for real? Well of course it is; in every sense superlative! - accommodation superb! - welcome so warm-hearted from Mary and George! - views stunning, grounds outstanding - weather great - and of course all the glories of South Derbyshire to visit, admire and rejoice in. Such a memorable stay! WE LOVED IT.

A wonderful, relaxing break. Such comfortable and well-equipped accommodation in the most idyllic setting. Sitting by the lake was the most peaceful thing in the world! Swimming pool was lovely too. Mary and George are very helpful and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. We hope to return in warmer weather!

We have had a lovely few days here in the annexe. It could not be better equipped and Mary and George are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Kevin used the fishing lakes and I used the pool. Thank you very much and hopefully we will be back as these few days were not long enough.
