"S13577 is one of the best holiday places I have stayed in. I have no complaints. It's in a perfect location for trips out or very nice walks right on the doorstep. The house itself is very well equipped and everything had been provided for a very comfortable and stress free holiday. Lots of plug points are provided high and low. A ramp available for wheelchairs and prams etc. Two bathrooms. My mother couldn't manage the stairs very well after a recent fall. She used the downstairs bedroom to sleep in, the bathroom downstairs came in very handy and the kitchen, living room and dining room were all on the same level as well. The garden is huge and well kept. There is a store within 10 minutes walk which is very well stocked. It is also a Post Office with a post box opposite. My husband, mother and I were so impressed with S13577 that we immediately booked our two week holiday for 2017. Can't wait to return, as lots of other holiday makers have mentioned in the Visitors Book. Quite a few have rebooked again and again, hence me booking next years holiday so early."

"Lovely rural location with large enclosed garden - ideal for walks and relaxing. Great place for a base if you want peace/quiet. Pub & local shop within walking distance. S13577 was clean and comfortable but don't forget your towels as they are not included. The carpeted stairs were a little steep and narrower than the average - fine for able bodied/kids. There was a ramp for wheelchair access through double doors and a twin bedroom downstairs. The downstairs cloakroom housed toilet, sink & bath. The walk in shower is upstairs together with bath & toilet - plus two spacious bedrooms (twin & double). I went with friends and dogs - perfect for what we wanted - but was also checking out for disabled - downstairs was spacious and perfect if you can climb into the bath - sadly the person I had in mind requires a walk in shower but would not have been unable to get up/down the stairs."

"The house is excellent. It’s setting was beautiful the garden was amazing, we had great fun eating out and playing in it. The house itself has plenty of space, we took the children and grandparents and there is plenty of rooms and space to live and socialise. The house is so clean, even skirting boards are clean. Two baths and a great shower bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and meant great times cooking family meals, no budget meals on holiday for us. Mum even cooked bread each day!!! when weather was wet we were able to wash children’s clothes, and keep towels dry. the village is pleasant with lots of walks. The owner is extremely helpful, even posted lost toys back to us!! I would highly recommend this holiday house. we will be going back for sure. June 2012."

"The apartment is in a perfect position, looking out to sea and above a beach accessible by steps (89!) from across the road. All the rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. And the equipment works! Two bathrooms is a great advantage whether for two older couples (like us) or a young family. There are small sitting out areas overlooking the sea if the weather permits. Broadstairs itself is characterful and interesting. The centre is a 10-minute walk. Apart from Stone Bay there are several other good beaches. Margate and Ramsgate are both a short drive away, as is a very large complex of three retails parks with all the usual stores."

"Have just returned after a week in S13577. House is in a great location with large garden and surrounding countryside. Mattress in double bedroom was very lumpy and sinks in the middle. Only one of us slept in there as too uncomfortable. Sofa and armchairs are also uncomfortable as you sink into them. I put a single duvet on the sofa and sat on that. Central heating is on a timer and there are no controls so as soon as it goes off house became cold especially as it was -4 and snowing outside. However we loved the village and the pub. We would go back if the furnishings were replaced."
