Lovely week holiday with 8 of us.
Would definitely stay here again. Pros Location - central for visiting north and south beaches. Open plan kitchen living room. Fridge freezer very good size for 8 people. Great size TV suits room size. Decent sized bedrooms with ample cupboards/drawers. Clean. Nice shower rooms. Cons Showers not very powerful and temperature varies during use. Beds small when used to super king and different firmness at home. Kitchen could do with scissors and better can opener. Not much cupboard space. Awkward to get to crockery/glasses in corner unit. Opening oven easily sets off the smoke alarms - tip: open slightly to let heat go up to the extractor fan (which you should have switched on!), then open fully but best be quick. Bedrooms and bathrooms could do with some hanging hooks on doors. Luckily Stall 1 wasn't being used, not sure how 4 cars would cope trying to park here. Use what3words rather than satnav postcode which will not get you there. Would you like us to publish your feedback? We booked a 2 week stay at "Armando" based on it's location and how good it looked on the Sykes website.
We were so pleased with our choice. "Armando" is set in a lovely, quiet location but only a couple of minutes off the A39. The house is high spec and was really well presented. Easy off road parking with simple entry and exit to the house. We had no problems during our stay but Keith & Linda , the owners, were only a text away in the event of any issues. We also received a very informative email from Keith a few days in advance. Location is second to none. Falmouth and Truro are only around 15 minutes away. Other favourites of ours, Padstow, Fowey, Mevagissey and Looe are all within easy reach. Very dog friendly, with some nice local walks, our Cockerpoo, Barney, found it to be a home from home. We definitely recommend "Armando" and would readily return in the future. We give "Armando" a well deserved 10/10. It was the best holiday rental we have stayed in. We have stayed at Kingsholm every year for almost a decade.
We love the location and we have felt at home from home every time. Kingsholm is very well equipped and the village and surroundings have everything we need for a truly relaxing holiday. Our village favourites are, Blue Bar, Moomaid (ice cream), Tris Surf, Seasmiths (chippy), The village shop (post office, news, food), and the beach, of course. Slightly further away Greg and Lou's for a wider variety of traditional chippy food, and uniquely crispy chips - cooked in lard (I think) or vegetable oil. This year we went on a horseback hack at Reen Manor Riding Stables in Perranporth - recommended. I could go on and on but I'll finish by recommending the walk along the beach to Chapel Porth for an ice cream and a croque monsieur (or any of the other warm sandwiches).

Rob and Gill are amazing hosts.
We had a brilliant weeks holiday at Lower Brambleside. The accommodation has everything you could ever want and more. It is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfy, and the surrounding grounds are stunning. The many extras on arrival, including cream tea, biscuits , tea coffee , bottles of cider , milk etc were an added bonus and a very nice touch. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and Rob knocked the door with a bottle of champagne which was an amazing touch to top off the holiday. Lower Brambleside is ideally located for visiting all of Cornwall from its central position. Rob and Gill clearly work very hard on the property and grounds and staying has given us memories we will never forget. We will definitely return.

A lovely property,possibly the best- equipped we have ever stayed in.
Even provided lint eye-pads to remove make- up!Two TVs ( although we never did fathom out how to direct the cursor on the main set) , plenty of crockery,cutlery,cookware.My! Our bed was ginormous and so comfortable! Lovely showers/WCs. The poor weather meant it was not possible to enjoy the decking to full potential. Everything was clean . We did not meet the owners but Keith sounded very nice and wrote sympstheticallywhen we had to go home a day early due to a sudden health problem! We would most certainly recommend Armandos to anybody and would stay again. It may be my poor parking skills but I found it complicated trying to parallel park outside the front door without banging into the flowerbed behind!
