Very pleased with our choice of stay. The accommodation has a good sized room space. The under floor heating works very well. We have 2 labrador dogs and they had ample space both inside and in the enclosed courtyard. The swimming pool is a delight and very warm. The location is great for Cromer and visiting north Norfolk. 30 minutes from Stalham where we hired a day boat. Good WiFi and a smart tv. The decoration has been tastefully done. Being a little critical, I would say that high level dusting is required throughout, and under the bed. We didn't have any contact with the owners, but there's plenty of information available in the folder provided. The bottle of wine and shortbread biscuits were a nice welcoming gift.

Cottage in a great location for visiting many different places. We had lots of walks and spent many hours on local beaches. Felbrigg Hall a great place to have a walk and visit the walled garden. Recommend Brownes on Bond Street, Cromer and The Tea Shop at The Corner House, West Runton for great breakfast and lunches, both had lovely friendly staff. The Heydon is spotlessly clean and well equipped. We swam in the pool everyday, twice some days. The booking system works well, It was so nice to have exclusive use of the pool during our booked times. Thank you for the welcome gifts, we enjoyed our time here and are already saying 'Next time...'

This upside-down barn is absolutely lovely, with no expense spared in equipping it with anything you may need, even including a torch and binoculars! Everything is good quality, with lovely fluffy towels and comfortable beds. The main bedroom en-suite has a rainforest shower and the other bathroom has a bath with shower over. Toiletries are provided, as are basic cleaning products and a welcome pack from Cornwall Hideaways. In the storeroom opposite there is a locked room that renters have access to - everything you could possibly need for outdoors is in there.

Lovely cottage, loved the homely touches. Had everything you could possibly need. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing break. Had some nice beach walks with the dogs on Overstrand beach where there is a friendly little cafe which serves lovely food. There's plenty of shops in Cromer and we recommend The Doggy Diner in Cromer if you have dogs - they loved it! Felbrigg Hall has some beautiful walks and so does Sheringham Hall. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely come again. Thank you.

The Heydon was a lovely surprise, directions and entry were spot on, The lodge las a very good size light and spotless, very well furnished, the kitchen was really well equipment all good quality.bed was very comfortable, lovely large storage cupboard, plenty of towels and loo rolls. The Hebden has every thing you needed for at least the weekend and was near loads of places to visit nearby. Wouldnât hesitate to recommend this accommodation to friends and family What a great holiday thank you.
