      We have just returned from a delightful stay at Eta Cottage really wishing we had booked a week instead. We were amazed at just how much room the cottage has to offer and how spacious all the rooms were. The bedrooms are on the ground floor both of which are very fresh, light and beautifully finished. The first floor hosts the lounge and kitchen which have just been redecorated and refurnished. The level of detail and styling of all of the rooms is extremely high and it’s safe to say that there has been no expense spared in making sure it is of the highest standard to give a warm welcoming reception and a WOW factor. It’s safe to say we had a tremendous time whilst staying at Eta Cottage and are already making plans to return, only for longer!

      This cottage is exceptional. Warm, spacious, extremely comfortable. It is filled with beautiful fixtures and fittings and is probably the best we’ve ever stayed at in terms of comfort and quality. We had snow which made everything more special. I took all my equipment to make a birthday cake for one of our party members but I needn’t have bothered as the kitchen had everything you could possibly need including 2 huge fridge/freezers. The Queens Arms pub, a few miles away, had us all raving about the food. In fact we still are. All in all our long weekend was perfect and I’m already looking to return to this very special cottage as soon as possible. Extra thanks to the owner for being accommodating to our requests.

      We have booked many holiday vacation homes for our family over many years and in many countries. This was far and away the best house we’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and in an excellent location. All three generations loved it. The patio had plenty of seating around two large picnic tables and the stream running past was lovely. Kettlewell is charming with 3 pubs, excellent ice cream and a very good children’s playground. We were well positioned for terrific walks, rigorous hikes, and casual strolls. It was an easy drive to the train in Skipton for a quick ride into Leeds for the theatre.       Beautifully furnished, comfortable property in the heart of the glorious Yorkshire Dales. In a remote position, well located for many historic sites and attractions, often via narrow, steep, country lanes. Scenic setting with a riverside walk and more, nearby. Surrounded by sheep and lambs, also Belted Galloway cows and alpacas in neighbouring fields. Almost every room inside the cottage has steps, some of them steep. Particularly luxurious to have a choice of spacious lounges and of dining areas, both indoors and out!. Gorgeous garden. None of the party had a phone signal but the Wi-Fi was reliable. TV seems to only operate if you have accounts for Channel 4, ITV, Netflix etc.

      Littlebeck was a lovely place to stay for a large family group, with lots of space and rooms so you don't need to be on top of each other. . It has everything provided with plenty of crockery, pans etc to cater for 13 plus people and not have to wash up instantly for another plate or cup. we received a welcome pack to help us settle, tea ,coffee cake etc. Also great to have cleaning products supplied. plenty of games, maps and books of the area too. It was a quiet village when we were there (March), and there a plenty of walks to do from the house. a lovely place that i would recommend.
