"We stayed here. 4 adults, a teenager and 2 under 3 years old. We had a great time! Thank you. I was worried about the space before we arrived but there was no need! The cottage is cosy but we felt really comfortable. The cottage has a really nice atmosphere and we thought the location was good. The cottage was really nicely presented, nice furniture and lots of cutlery and pots in the kitchen. I was worried the parking might be a problem but again it wasn't too bad. We parked at Freshwater and Oxen cove, they had spaces in the evening but they could get busy during the day. We were able to quickly unload just across the road in the Yacht Club car park. We didn't have any problems with the fish market behind the cottage, it wasn't too noisy. Brixham is a beautiful village and the surrounding coastline is great to explore. We were really lucky and got to swim with local seals in Churston Cove just to the North."

"The only fault with the apartment was that there was a constant damp musty smell from the en-suite toilet, other than that it's beautifully located just ten minutes walk to the center of Tenby and fully met our needs, comfortable clean and adequate utilities. However there was one major down side, the nightmare neighbours in the apartment above. They had no respect for others, loud voices, children playing with a ball in the apartment and corridors from 08:30 and again in the evening, constantly moving furniture and at one point they set off the fire alarm forcing all other tenants to evacuate the building. Neighbours from hell."

"We had a great few days at Black Patch which is a comfortable and well-equipped house with ample room for us all. It was warm and there was plenty of hot water. The views from the house were fantastic and we enjoyed the walks nearby and proximity to Presteigne. A visit to Bryan's Ground is strongly recommended. The track up to the house is quite bumpy but that was mentioned in the description - care is needed when arriving by car. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much."

"All in all a pleasant second stay. Few minor points that would have made it a little better:Remote control in living room faulty - had to buy a cheap universal remote from Poundland to use the TVPlug socket for bedside light in master bedroom faulty so didn't switch onSome of the cabling/extension leads would benefit from replacement as have exposed wires - aerial cable had fallen from its plug.Hopefully left everything as clean and tidy as we found it."

"Great apartment well furnished with very comfortable beds.Ten minute stroll down the hill to Tenby harbour. Stayed when it was Ironman very busy and a real feel good atmosphere in the local area.Fantastic beaches with lovely walks and plenty of places to stop for an ice cream or tea.Spent an evening at St Johns church listening to the Pembroke Male Choir which was amazing.Very relaxing break"
