"Location is ideal starting point for various sites and cities (Stonehenge, Stourhead, Cheddar, Wells, Oxford etc) .Cottage is spacious and there is a beautiful large garden where children can play well and you can sit outside. Area is very quiet in a very small dorp.Echter interior is very old and it was not very clean. There were also some spiders ed. Tall people (& gt1,90m) bang their head against the bars. Hot water is only in the shower. There is a washing machine. Refrigerator is very klein.Parkeren bad as possible to the cottage, which is located on a narrow road on a slope, with little parking, but you can have your car away at the administrators kwijt.Bij arrival to the key holder there was none, and the phone (also the emergency number of Belvilla) were unavailable and the cottage can not be recognized, so it took an hour to figure out where we needed to be. using neighbors from the road Also in view of the rest of the week administrators hardly more."

"Arrival good as strong log fire lit. Comfortable cottage. Great location for wider exploring. very quiet and oeaceful. On downside, no signal for Vodafone and no wifi (maybe be not a downside !), limited kitchen equipment (frying pans lost non-stick, saucepans aged and no oven cooking equipment for eg shepherd pies or cake making) and sheds covered in attacking rose creeper which ruined a good jumper and scratched my face while putting away plastics and looking for logs. Good kids toys, lovely walks, pub too Far to walk locally really. Would go back if they snipped the thorny creepers and added to kitchen equipment. Had a lovely break."

"The style however was a little dated and twee. We chose it because it was great for more than one family and gave good sleeping options for a family with small children. The landlady was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She provided a generous welcome package with more than we expected. It ws a refreshing change to find that the house was well equipped with washing up liquid, cloths etc as well as tea, coffee and biscuits! I would thoroughly recommend the cottage and would definitely consider returning. No complaints with the website or booking service. All very efficient."

"This cottage is old, but cozy and comfortable. We've had a lot of fun with the fireplace and the tuin.De beds are quite comfortable. The village is very small and remote, but the car you are quickly in many pretty villages. There are beautiful hiking trails around the village around. A good restaurant within walking distance (white heart). Stone Henge is not so far away and well worth a visit. Near the cottage is a stream with a fun place to play and paddle."

"We were very well received by the caretaker of the cottage. an ancient but nostalgic Cotswolds huisje.Alles was neat and most of it was there. Not a luxury but goed.De setting was beautiful and lots of lovely places nearby. Bath, Lacock, Painswick. Ideal for people who love the English countryside style. A beautiful fireplace and large garden. Not suitable for long mensen.minpunt the beds and sometimes difficult to park."
