"S80330 amply fulfilled our expectations. Everything was as described, or better. Privacy combined with convenience to make sitting out a real pleasure, and the views over the garden and to the Severn Plain were magnificent. The flat was very well equipped: we also particularly liked the fact that non-essential items, like antique/retro clocks and radio, actually worked and were not mere ornaments. This feature suggested steady attention to detail, and to the creation of atmosphere. Speaking of which, the flat had a charm and a character difficult to capture in photos. The flow and layout of the rooms felt good, and there was space on every hand, with plenty of light and visibility where needed. We valued the fact that the town centre was an easy walk away, for us anyway. The general sense of relaxation was underpinned by the phone conversation we had with the owner a week before visiting. We found this reassuring, with an invitation to ring at any time of day or night if we needed to. We would have welcomed some written guidance to help us recycle materials, and we also found the outside bins full: perhaps we missed something. No other reservations at all.Definitely a 'Buy'."

"Three generations of my family spent a week at Rimmer Farmhouse to celebrate my "60" birthday. From the minute we walked throught the door until we left we were thrilled with our choice. We have rented many properties but this was by far the best place we have stayed. On arrival we were greeted with cup cakes, milk, chocolates, percecco, honey and lots of birthday banners, all a lovely touch.Throughout the stay l am unable to think of one thing that we needed that was not in the house, the accomadation is wonderful and as we visited in January we loved our evenings sat in front of the wood burner, no shortage of wood. We all agreed we would love to visit again in warmer weather to enjoy the lovely garden. We had several good meals at local pubs and enjoyed our visit to Worcester.Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and they were extremely helpful not only with the booking but with any questions we had during our stay. We all highly recommend this wonderful property."

"Situated close to Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury and 40 minutes from Cheltenham and Worcester. I received a warm welcome, the accommodation was clean comfortable. There are three good pubs within 10 minutes, all do food. You can walk from the cottage to numerous different locations on the beautiful Malvern hills, via the Golden Valley, Holybush and Castlemorton common. A ten minutes car ride takes you to the the quarry car park just above the Hollybush were you can discover the estates of both Eastnor and Bromsberrow both with views over Eastnor Castle with views to May Hill (topped with a clump of trees) on the edge of The Forest of Dean and the Breacon Beacons on the Welsh borders. On the east side is the Severn Valley with views to the Cotswold Hills and on a clear day you can see the Severn suspension bridge near Bristol."

"Poor attention to detail when being cleaned (bathroom bin was fall of waste, old newspapers behind sofa and no light bulb in lamp). This was rectified by Sara. On arrival had to go to neighbour for help to find way in. Welcome pack was meanest we have ever had in all our many years of cottage holidays. Under floor heating was hit and miss which you have no control over. It needs additional heating. Hot water was very good but one evening there was no hot water for either of us to have a bath. Rodents could be heard scratting and gnarring in the cavity above living room, when we reported this to Robin we were told that rats have to live somewhere and that because we were townies and this was the countryside, we didn't understand!"

"A fabulous high quality cottage! All creature comforts including beautiful quality bedding, comfortable beds and lovely ensuite bathrooms and toiletries. The only slight niggle is that the shower is'nt very powerful (so felt we couldn't quite give it a 10 in Equipment category) but there is a lovely bath and everything else is so nice and, for us, easily outweighs the shower niggle! It's cosy and warm and beautifully maintained. We were warmly welcomed with delicious treats which was a lovely start to our stay. The parking is right outside and is easy. One of the best we've ever stayed in and would definitely stay there again to explore more of the beautiful surroundings."
