Head over the famous swing bridge and you are in the busy hub of cobbled Church Street and the market place, from where you can climb the 199 steps up to the wonderful Abbey for fine views over a coffee in the visitor centre or you can don your boots and walk further afield on the coastal Cleveland Way. Whitby offers a wide range of pursuits for all to enjoy. The children will love the crazy golf on the headland whilst Whitby Golf Club welcomes visitors who like to hit the ball a little further.
